The VCC blog aims to be a forum for lively and spirited debate and discussion on a range of bad service professional experiences. We encourage visitors to our blog to get involved, and give us their thoughts. However we do have basic rules to keep the exchange civil. They are:

We know that virtually everyone has experienced some sort of complication or mishap in their past with a service professional, and we want to hear it. So with these rules of civility in mind, please participate in the Wall Of Shame posting by adding your experiences, ideas, feedback, and commentary as often as possible!
Please note that we only post experiences on companies located in Volusia County Florida. If the company you have a complaint with is located anywhere else, please visit the BBB National Complaint Service.

BEWARE**DAVE HARRIS TILE WORK!
BEWARE This GUY IS A SCAMMER AND HE JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY AND RUNS! We used him back in 2007 and heard he went into landscaping and now we hear he is back doing tile. We want to warn everyone who crosses paths with this guy. His name is Dave Harris Tile He claimed to do professional tile work. Located in Ormond Beach Area. He was contracted to do the tile work. He talks the customer into paying him half upfront on the start of the job. His guys showed up the first day and worked all day. They left and that was that. He took the money and ran. Never to be seen again. We contacted the license department and reported it. He had a license according to the license department, yet expired insurance. Last I heard he was asking to use the bathroom on jobs and would go through your medicine cabinets and steel your medications. He clearly has a bad habit and he is a thief. Buyers beware of

This father son team are simply crazy. This business doesn’t want to work they just want to cause problems on your job site.
This company has no respect for anyone. And word is reaks havick wherever they go.
We even had trouble getting them to leave the property.
